Creating a library on the SharePoint site configures the BlueCielo Web Parts to access a vault.
The documents that are shown by the web part can be:

To create a SharePoint library:

Folder ID |
Optional ID of the folder that contains the documents to be shown. If this option is omitted, the value of Criteria will be used to specify the documents to show. For Meridian Enterprise only, the folder may be specified in any of the following formats:
For ImandrA only, the folder must be specified as the folder ID, for example, 1173169572. |
Criteria |
Optional search criteria as described in Specifying the library contents. If this option is omitted, the contents of the folder specified in Folder ID will be shown. |
The options may also be configured later with theBlueCielo Meridian Connection Settings command on the Settings menu from within the library.
Note If Folder ID is specified, Criteria should not be specified, and vice versa. If neither option is specified, the entire vault contents are shown. If search criteria are configured, the documents are shown in a list, similar to any other SharePoint Server document library. That is, no sub-folder structure will be shown. Otherwise, the documents are shown based on the configuration of the current view.
